Terms of use

The terms on which this website is provided, and the basis on which consultations are booked.

Last updated: 17 October 2026

Before publishing

This is a working draft prepared alongside the website. It should be reviewed by a lawyer before the site goes live, particularly the sections on cancellation and liability.

Using this website

This website is published by Dr Hitesh Aggarwal, MBBS, DDVL, Delhi Medical Council Reg. 57994. By using it you accept these terms.

The content is general medical information, not personal medical advice. Please read the medical disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

Content and copyright

The text on this site is written for this practice and is its copyright. You are welcome to read it, print it and share links to it — the diet charts in particular are intended to be shared. Republishing substantial portions elsewhere, or presenting it as your own, is not permitted.

Booking a consultation

Booking a slot, in person or online, is a request for an appointment. An appointment is confirmed when you receive confirmation from the clinic.

You are asked to provide accurate information about your condition, your medical history and any medicines you are taking. A diagnosis made on incomplete or inaccurate information may be wrong, and that is a real clinical risk rather than a formality.

Online consultations

Online consultations are conducted under India's Telemedicine Practice Guidelines. Your identity is verified and your consent is recorded before the consultation begins.

Not every condition can be assessed over video. If yours cannot, you will be told at the start of the consultation and advised to be seen in person — either at one of the clinics or by a doctor near you.

Only medicines that the telemedicine rules permit will be prescribed remotely. Some medicines require an in-person examination first, and that restriction is not negotiable.

Fees, cancellation and refunds

Consultation fees are shown before payment is taken. A consultation fee covers the consultation itself — the assessment, the explanation and the plan — and not a guaranteed outcome.

If a consultation cannot be completed usefully online and you are advised to be seen in person instead, the consultation fee is not taken.

[To be completed before publication: cancellation window, rescheduling policy, and refund terms.]

What this service is not

This is not an emergency service. If you have a rapidly spreading rash, blistering, a severe allergic reaction, or any skin problem with fever or feeling unwell, seek care immediately in person rather than booking an online consultation.

Limits of liability

We take care that the information published here is accurate at the time of review, but we do not warrant that it is complete or current, and we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of it without a consultation.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for professional negligence, which is governed by Indian medical law and the applicable regulations.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have jurisdiction.
